Holiday Traditions

I maintain holiday traditions.  I follow the credo, “If you build it, they will come.” For Easter, eggs are dyed and candy and eggs are hidden (in the house) and hopefully all are found by the end of the day.  As much as Tim poo pooed the tradition, he was on the floor looking for the last piece of candy with Cooper.  He believes in the easter chicken?? Ok maybe due to the eggs but I’m a believer in the egg laying bunny.  It’s all about spring, rebirth and fertility.  I’m not sure how chocolate bunnies, marshmallow peeps and jelly beans evolved but they are good symbols to eat.

Here’s an Easter cat in a basket.

What about the easter cat?
